Physical fitness has always been a part of my life and a hobby until I formalised my knowledge and gained qualifications which has enabled me to make a career out of my passion for fitness. I have worked with adults, and young people of various ages and abilities. Former Ex British forces specialising in combat sports, amateur boxing and self defence. I also teach strength conditioning, balance, core stability exercises and I have a keen interest in the practical application of biomechanics and human movement.
I now know what I need to do to achieve the goals that I set for myself. I would like to support others to do the same. It is my belief that, by incorporating regular exercise into your life, you can increase the overall quality of your life by feeling stronger and healthier.
